We are currently recruiting for a Publishing Systems & Data Manager to join the Publishing team within our Products and Services department. One of the main responsibilities of this role is to manage the maintenance and development of the Publishing business-critical support systems, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal functioning and effective integration with other ABRSM systems, particular those required by the Finance department. The job holder will also coordinate the data required for departmental budgeting and estimating requirements and work to increase the overall integrity and accessibility of data to support business needs. The jobholder has line management responsibility for the Publishing Operations Assistant and reports to the Publishing Director.

We are looking for someone who understands database principles and system-design architecture, and can demonstrate and apply understanding of how effective systems and data support Publishing business functions, as well as possessing solid experience managing and successfully delivering multiple and/or complex projects using appropriate tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile).
