ABRSM is the UK’s largest music education body, one of its largest music publishers and the world’s leading provider of music exams, offering assessments to more than 630,000 candidates in 93 countries every year. We support the teaching and learning of music, in partnership with the Royal Schools of Music. Our mission is to inspire achievement in music.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills to work within our Global Operations team.

This role provide essential front line service to our customers, including teachers, examiners and local representatives across the UK and worldwide, ensuring the effective delivery of ABRSMs products and services. You will have experience of dealing with high volumes of phone calls and email queries and be adept at planning and prioritising a workload effectively.

If you enjoy working flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and are keen to develop your customer service and administration skills in a friendly team, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
