You will need experience of working in a contact centre or a similar environment dealing with high volumes of calls and email enquiries, providing outstanding customer service. You will need to be enthusiastic, friendly and happy to work flexibly as part of a team. Your work will include:
In order to provide full telephone support to our customers throughout normal office opening hours, you will be required to work flexibly and on a rota basis, with start times varying from 8:30 to 9:30 and finish times varying from 16:30 to 17:30.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy team and to broaden your customer service and administration experience in a friendly and supportive environment.
ABRSM has good facilities for staff in contemporary offices and is in a great location with excellent transport links in the City of London.
